1. Once you send a  request to a schoolRunner you will be making the payment for the period selected (using your credit/debit card via the STRIPE payment platform (stripe link).
  2. The SchoolRunner  must then accept your booking request. In the event that the request is rejected  by them or you decide to cancel the request, the amount paid will be refunded to your account (Stripe fees may apply).
  3. A request can be cancelled at any time by both parties (Parent or SchoolRunner). If the school run has not yet started, the parent will be fully refunded. If there have already been some school runs, you will only receive the proportional share of the remaining days booked.
  4. If a SchoolRunner does not accept your booking request, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded on the start date of your booking  request.
